Excellent Leave and Attendance System
New employees are entitled to 10 days of special leave in their first year of employment (according to the employment ratio), which is better than the provisions of the Labor Standards Act.
Maternity leave and paternity leave are superior to the provisions of the Labor Standards Act.
The fully-paid sick leave is 80 hours per year.
Special leave or holiday allowance (according to work shifts) is provided for anniversaries commemorated but not required for a holiday by the government.
