Based on a fully switched 8 GB/s, PCIe x16 Gen3 bus from the host, our EX-700 provides independent PCIe x8 Gen3 buses to each AC Series module mounted on it and allows direct peer-to-peer, host-independent communication and processing. The EX-700 accommodates up to six single-wide AC Series modules and forms the foundation for our scalable and upgradeable architecture.

You can design in a single EX-700 backplane as a server or workstation accelerator card, or scale multiple EX-700 backplanes in an SC6 cluster for truly astounding, massively parallel computing performance.
